This is a 55 and older trailer park. My company does landscaping at a couple of the homes and it’s a quiet and friendly place. The pool are was very clean and looked like everyone there was having a good time and being respectful. Definitely one of the better trailer parks in Venice!!!

Having been a resident now for 6+ plus years I can say that nothing is perfect but willingness of management to work with residents goes far. Amenities are numerous and as far as lot fees, this is a choice residents make. That said, there are friendly people and a good sense of community with neighbors helping neighbors. I recommend Bay Indies as a good place to live.

I love this place it's beautiful and the people here are so nice! Are there less expensive parks? Yes. Are those parks as nice as Bay Indies...NOPE:) I LOVE the location and the amenities this place offers.

A wonderful haven.. Friendly residents, three pools, 3 1/2 miles of walking and biking paths.. Great facilities and a library, rec center and weight rooms.. A real snow-bird paradise.. : )

What are the HOA fees?
Average is around $1000 a month
Lot rents are expensive and go up 30 to $50 a yearrules are extensive and if you have a lot of company it could create a problem
You do not need to be 55 to live here. The minimum age is 30, in a 55+ community! They should tell people that before they buy. Lots of younger people at the pools.
I'll take incoherent babble and misuse of capitization for $500 Alex.
Not much is what I am hearing, a few trees, some damaged carports, and soffits
I don't live here. I visited a friend.
The roads are pretty quiet from late May to October. Once the snowbirds return the roads are complete chaos, and very loud, lots of sirens 😣
Once a week in the summertime in the day varies
There are no restrictions give the front office a call
Contact the front desk they typically have owners that are renting
I don't think so believe so call Florida Dreams
No guests can use the pools, just residents.
The lots vary so there really is no average. The fees support all the wonderful activities. Come by to see everything they offer
I do not live in the area. Please consult the Park website or contact the Park office during regular business hours.
Any rentals for March of 2023?
There are over 100 sites, fees vary based on the lot. Perhaps a visit would be wise.
My sister lives in Bay Indies and its really a nice place. They keep it mowed, have all kinds of events for the seniors. Bike riding is great and the pools along with the hot tub are wonderful. I loved it.
I usually always see places available for rent in the park. Either drive through there or call the office.
Try to Google it
No... The park owns the land, and you rent it. Last I heard it was about $900 monthly. Colonial just east of there is resident owned.
Yes, we are a pet friendly Resort Community
I lived in Bay Indies for about 6 years me and my husband we bought and flipped mobile homes in the park are lot rent that we were capped into was around $800 a month and then went up every year after that use around maybe 60 bucks per year it is only about 2 miles from the beach other beaches around that you can go to within a half an hour drive the park itself is nice just don't get yourself wrapped up in all the other people's issues in the park and everything should be fine there is a lot of people in the park I want to make your business their business so beware that other than that it's a nice
Our lot rent on the water is $937 going up to $976 January 1. That includes lawncare and all the amenities
We are looking to rent our home. It’s just redone, hard wood floors, ceramic tile new furniture and I will say beautiful! If interested, respond back and we’ll discuss. Thank you !
