it's a nice little place to go it's a lacking a laundromat which is on the property yet you have to travel a long distance to get to it anyhow besides that everything is pretty good the owners an old cowboy which built the place long time ago anyhow if you like quiet there you go

I wanted to leave a quick note letting everyone know that this place is wonderful. We showed up late one night with our 30 ft trailer, with no place to go and even though he was booked full, Larry, the owner, put us up for 2 nights so we could explore the beaches around Venice. Larry is a super nice guy and a great story teller. He showed us pictures of his boat, and huge gator that he and his son caught. Blew my mind. Hopefully he will see this and know how much we truly loved meeting him and are so appreciative for his gracious hospitality! Thank you and we hope to see you again soon! Tom & Melissa from Oklahoma

The folks at this campground are super friendly and helpful. The laundry and showers are the nicest that we have seen in all our rving . The grounds are neat and well kept. Residents here were very friendly. Pricing is reasonable. We will stop here again when visiting Venice !

There are no specific facilities there to watch a vehicle. However, we did see one person quick wash their car during our visit
They do short term for RVs. We were just there and with the covid restrictions we should come in 5pm -8:30am. They put us in a tent spot with no hook ups but still charged us $48 for the night. Had to pull out and leave each day until 5pm. It was very clean but not worth the $. No wifi, cable ,sewer or electric 🙄

Im not sure the rate morhly. But i highly recommend them. Its very clean and Quiet.
They only rent RV sites for day/week/month not dwellings. You would have check availability with them but many people leave in April.
