Entire park is dog friendly. There are restrictions however. Dogs must be less than 20 pounds and when walking lease can't be any longer than 6'. Six foot lease is actually a county regulation.
Yes, there currently are a few under contract with a realtor and at least two by owner. There is a list of those under contract in the Clubhouse. Available Monday through Friday from 9:00am until noon.
The rentals & purchases are done privately. Our office handles the vetting process once a contract has been signed.

The owners in each park would argue that theirs is the best. Advice is to visit each park, drive through, check out the amenities, landscaping, lot space. Venice Isles has 994 units, Sandalwood Park has 239.
Pool is heated and chilled if necessary to maintain a year round temp of 85 degrees. Pool is lighted and open in the evening. We do have newer homes that come up for sale occasionally. Turnover in the park is about 10 - 15% year. Currently have 2 open lots for sale where a new home of your design could be placed.

It is strictly a residential park. Kings Gate Park in Nokomis has a mixture of park models residences and some RV slabs
More than a third of the residents are "Rounders", that's year rounders, The rest are snow birds. Minimum rental is for 1 month. Each rental is through individual owner. Park office does not get involved except to process required background check on potential renter.
