No. Post them in the free section on craigslist.
It is not on the posted list of things they usually accept. If they are used, then I suggest giving them to art students to use for art projects such as mosaics. If they are unused, then Habitat ReStore will take them to be used as originally intended.
I haven't seen any building items besides paints, liquids. Also they take Sharps containers for needles and old electronicsTVs, and batteries. I would take tiles to Goodwill or list them for free on Nextdoor. GOOD LUCK!
