Paint, oils, medicine and chemicals should NOT be dumped down amy drain/sink/toilet, gutter/stormdrain, or hole in the ground - it will eventual contaminate our water table and drinking water. Our waste water system cannot remove everything and dumping can tax the system too much. We are a toilet to tap system - so whatever you put down the drain can easily affect anyone downstream.

No, it must be containerized and taken to disposal site. Will eventually affect water table over a period of time if not properly disposed of.
