I recently came across this place online I saw that it had a 5 star review and I told myself I would give it a try I called to make appointment which the lady on the phone was so nice but the reason why am rating this place a one star is because they charged me $200 dollers because I missed my appointment which make no sense giving the fact that we are in a pandemic not just that they didn’t not advice me that when I had spoken to the lady over the phone she asked me for a deposit to secure my appointment and if I missed she said it would go towards my next treatment the fact that they did not tell me was wrong poor communication be aware when u book a appointment this is how they take money alway and they dnt care if ur a new customer and also she text me telling me that I need to book a consultation for the next time which makes no sense because this was never offered the first time and and I texted them back telling them it was unfair and they never replailed which is so unprofessional
