I recently came in to buy a certified preowned Honda Accord. It was my first time financing a car and I was really nervous. I came in and spoke to Joe about my wants and needs in a car. Armando is GOAT. I hate having to deal with issues when it comes to my car and it brings me a lot of comfort knowing that Armando at Norm Reeves will take care of me. My car battery died on me, he was able to help me same day and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes (obviously it was a miracle) but holy cow. Overall, every service person I’ve interacted with has been great. Just wanted to especially shout Armando out because he was just chef’s kiss!!
