Never met that person. They left me and my family hanging around for 10 whole minutes on a weekend evening waiting for our internet sales person. Meanwhile there were multiple employees chatting with each other outside and a few circulating inside but nobody asked if they could help. I could not get any attention. Far cry from other dealerships. Perhaps I should have driven up in my wife's GLS SUV instead of my prius which was due for replacement. We were invisible. We went to a different Honda dealer to buy our Clarity. I promised myself i will never ever go back to that place.
Call or email the GM at Norm Reeves Irvine and you won't get an answer. He does not return calls he'll delegate thru staff
The GM is a family man and takes care of alot of people as well as the community..If your looking for a Honda probably the most honest Honda dealer out there.
