Laughably bad experience. Still shaking my head. I went in with an atypical request -- custom monogrammed envelops -- knowing I'd need to pay a lot to get them. This being a small Cherry Creek shop, I expected they'd try their best to be helpful. Instead, two staff tripped over themselves coming up with ways to say no. "Nope we don't do that." "You have to do that online." "'They' took that away from us." "We don't have that size envelop." Before it was over, a THIRD staff person joined the conversation to find additional ways to say no. I was prepared that it might not be something they couldn't accommodate. I just never expected to encounter such enthusiasm to NOT be helpful to a customer. If you're simply looking for an overpriced greeting card, I suspect they can handle that. But anything more than that......you should manage your expectations.
