Use a motorcycle school. The good ones use low power bikes for instruction , patient instructors, and unique insights on what to expect when riding a motorcycle.
Glendale Harley-davidson has a great school that will get you from beginning to license! Your best bet! Or just go out and get a small bike and learn on your own! Good luck!
