We used to have a small business in Glendora and the mail man we had picked up our mail everyday and never had any problems , the past 3 years we moved over to Covina and we've had non stop issue with the post office in Covina, some of our packages show that they've been picked up and scanned by the mail man in our shop and for weeks we have haven't received any updates just that they've been picked up. we recommend not to send any mail with USPS, the most secure would be UPS or FedEx. there seems to be some dishonesty going on here we have or shipping and receiving label very clear .

A perfect example on how the federal government runs a business. Three vacation holds, and all three time this location has delivered my mail when they weren't supposed to. What's their excuse "someone new is on the route." That's funny, the cameras show it's the main person.

AWFUL service. The building manager was so incredibly rude and horrible to even talk to. I got multiple packages sent to my apartment complex which apparently they do not deliver packages to anymore because of animal interference. I was left waiting for the packages to arrive for almost over a week after they were supposed to be to be delivered, only to call and talk to the rudest manager I have ever talked to. Online tracking said that it would be redelivered the next day (which it was not). Avoid this post office at all cost. If you are having a package delivered, it's worth paying the extra money to get it sent through UPS or FedEx.

On more than one occasion I've had the manager be rude to me. We waited 2+ hours to apply for our passports, paid for expedited service, handed over our birth certificates, which the guy at the counter checked. A week later my husband and I both got emails from the passport agency stating that our birth certificates were not acceptable because our parents name's were not on them (apparently a requirement as of 2011, although the US passport website doesn't state this when telling you you need a birth certificate to get your passport), so we would have to order and pay more for new birth certificates and submit them before they could process our applications - all of this within 90 days. The guy at the post office should have known that our birth certificates would not be accepted but instead we spent $220 each, including $60 each for expedited service. Not only was there no chance of expediting them but we may not even get our new birth certificates in time to get our passports at all, which could be a loss of $440, all because they didn't check our papers. The people at this post office either don't know very well what they're doing or they don't care, or maybe both. I definitely wouldn't go here for their services again.

How much the passport cost and what i neef to get it ?
There can be up to weeks of delay. Contact the post office where you moved from and confirm that the carrier has your forward. #1...use the postal forwarding as a backup ONLY. Notify everyone and every company you do business with of your new address.
They do sell small boxes, but not a good variety
The majority of offices are 24/7. Unfortunately our office is from 6:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m. due to alot of homeless were camping in our lobby.
Yes.
Is it the same process now, with covid and all?
Yes, but expect a long wait!
