I tried booking over about 1 1/2 in advance of my schedule event and when I had first called, I had spoken to Brenda which she seemed nice and willing to help. She then gave me Caitlin number because she was the booking person in charge of events. She also helped at first, but then I started to feel like I was a bug because she was not getting back to me in a timely matter. It finally lead up to 3 weeks away from my schedule event and I was still getting the run around. That the information I sent them for liability insurance and certificates wasn't worded properly etc. I started to get too stressed from the back and forth from them. She then replied " I will look at it later". I'm sorry but that's unprofessional and she was coming off as rude! I dug deeper at reviews and found out I wasn't the only one and they had given the same hassle and run around to other's!. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE!!

I love catering at the Covina woman's Banquet Hall it's quite large the kitchen has everything you need if Free Roam if you need to go outside it has a stage bathrooms and accessibilities everywhere good place for a wedding baby shower
