You have to spend a minimum of $20 to get 2 hours free. If you eat at a sit down restaurant, or go to the theatre you get 4 hours free. Otherwise its $12 per every 30 min, and many places are excluded from the $20 min like Goofy's kitchen, Starbucks, etc.
They have changed the parking policy. Now you get 15 minutes for free, 2 hour's if you shop and purchase something over 30$ at any store or 4 hour's free if you dine at any of the downtown disney restaurants. If ypu lose your ticket, you will be charged 45$ as you exit the parking lot.
