They need 30 day notice if you have not lived there more than 1 yr. 60 day notice if you have lived there for more than 1 yr. 3pct max if you are in a rent controlled area, otherise i dont think there is a max limit

yeah the are waived for my landlord same 2 week notice and when i moved in i recieved 3 red tags on transfer like its my problem the virtual inspection by the managment that doesnt have one licensed professional....basically i want my whole records not the fake ones that are given on every fake managment transfer to lose your official records .. i realize i recieved 2 days notice of new management and the confusion and fake managment change is the 3rd to hide all the same people calling themselves by new names.. but 10 repairs later my water heater has 10 red tags and fake repairs never fixed the red tag ... do i spend all day on something i cant win and be misriable another year with abusers that get the ok to violate the rules from the get go.. so i give up they filed a fake complaint and got away with it because i need a worker and im disabled ... ive had a bad experience
