Hi alice p, Unfortunately, the conventional housing application process also known as a "housing projects" does not provide emergency. The housing placements is on base the application date.. The section 8 application wait list close. You may wanna try 211 or 311 these are phone numbers to the city and county of Los Angeles may better provide you with emergency housing...
