All the funds they talk about on TV for homeless assistance is falling thru the cracks some where between the uneducated immature staff in the various referral sites that get upset when you interrupt their game play or whatever they're doing on thier phone. Seriously how dare you bother them when their busy with non work related content. It's like a revolving door of referrals and going no where. Trying to reach for the carrot that's right there but never able to get any closer. Seriously been 1st person in line before and turned away from getting a sack lunch cause they ran out before they were even suppose to hand out heard the security guards bragging about how they take care of their people at the long beach resource center
