Sponsor letter (similar to invitation letter) 2. copy the ID who signed the letter 3. itinerary (in and out ticket) 4. copy of bank statement with min. $ 1,500 5. 2 photos 6. payment with money order $ 50 (payable to Indonesian Consulate General) 7. fill the form (download from www.indonesianconsulatela.org ... select the UK Flag for Englis ..them select visa)
