Yes the parking meter is to pay your parking space, you can pay with a Visa or master card logo like your debit card too. And it will ask for your vehicle license number as form to recognize that you pay for your space to park. You can chose to pay by hour or hours . Then the ticket you get from machine you post it inside your car on dash board so they can see your ticket by windshield 👍
Yes is by the pier is a big parking lot and you have to pay de parking fare by the machine with you space number and live the ticket in the car dash
