Villas Fashion island is the best luxury apartment building in Newport and Orange County. The place looks spotless and the staff is always ready to help. It feels like you are living in a resort. From the minute you drive through the main gate you feel that you are on vacation. Thank you team for providing such an amazing experience!

I’ve lived here with my husband for several months. The property is of course beautiful, but the living experience is definitely not. We hear dogs barking incessantly. Morning day and night. We have been told to call security when it keeps happening, but at that rate we would be on the phone with them 10 times a day… also the children that live here are allowed to just run around the property out of control. Pulling pillows off of lawn furniture making a mess in the yoga room bouncing balls off the mirrors etc. It seems everyone that lives here has a dog… I am very surprised they don’t cap how many they allow to live at the property. Despite the constant cleaning and use of water in a drought the property smells pretty bad… for the price point I’ve definitely felt we’ve been taken advantage of and this experience is very very overpriced. I’ve spoken to multiple other tenants who feel extremely disappointed by all the loud dog barking, as well as the total lack of accountability for these rude dog owners and lack of any enforcement by management to get things under control more proactively. I would caution moving here even if you personally have a trained dog because the other dogs are so misbehaved I can imagine it would be very frustrating.

We are residents of the Villas Fashion Island since September 2018. We absolutely love living here. The quality of services and the attention to detail by the property managers are top notch. The current guest services team - Jennifer, Sherin, Victor, Pedro and Breanna - and those that have moved on are professional, responsive and very friendly. Also, the maintenance team are prompt, very thorough and courteous.

My wife and I were considering a move out to Newport Beach from Atlanta, GA for a job opportunity. We got to the point where we were looking for places to live in Newport, and visited the Villas at Fashion Island. Let’s face it, the location is amazing - more like a brand new resort vs. an apartment complex. It was a little more than we wanted to spend, but we thought we’d look anyway. That’s when we met Megan Harm. There was a lot of stress involved with this consideration, but Megan helped us. She was amazing and served as both a realtor and a sounding board for our concerns about the move in general. She was professional, curious, listened intently, and asked questions to get to the heart of our search. Her questions, demeanor and tone were such that my wife and I could tell she really cared about getting us into the right home - vs. an upsell to a larger space or something. Ultimately, we were sold and completed an application based on our visit and her follow-up. Short story long … we ended up not making the move. However, I felt compelled to give Megan this review. The Villas at Fashion Island are lucky to have her!
