The morning public starts at 11:00. Its a perfect time to go. Most of the time its completely empty at that time. Basically you could go in and skate from 11-5:00. Then there are evening publics starting at 7:30 and they go until 9:30. They can be a little hectic. Always full. If you're looking to have alot of room to move and concentrate 11:00.
