I have not been receiving my mail For two weeks , I put a complaint in and the supervisor had the audacity to call me and argue with me and couldn’t answer any of my questions. He works for USPS and doesn’t know where my mail is or how to locate it, the so called supervisor ZIN ZHOU is so unprofessional and needs to be fired ASAP!

they never answer the phone. They lose packages, deliver to the wrong address, mark something delivered when it is not, dont pick up packages even though i have pick up verified, leaves the gate open when they leave, just bad all around. I do not know how this post office remains open.

Join the club. Lewis Road is notorious for many reasons.
I would suggest to drop them by the office. Don't know where you live, but USPS in Lewis location its very accessible and as a drive thru, just leave them by the dropbox, just not in a rainy day! Of. course, depend on your schedule, but it shouldn't take much effort. Or just save them, give to family and friends to store shoes. Or you can call the USPS office and request a pick up. You can do that online too.

Dont go to this post office branch unless i have to pick something up. The service at this branch is no good. They arent really any good at dealing with customers, and they dont have a sales counter. Head over to the branch on Cahalan...just off of Blossom Hill. Its a much better experience and they can help you mail a package.
