An important mail piece to me was lost on the way (sh*t happens). The customer service manager, Carolyn, quickly reached out with sympathy and started the search. Although that mail piece was not recovered eventually, Carolyn made sure the following three crucial mail pieces addressed to me arrived promptly by sending one of their supervisors (Thanks, Tai!) to deliver them to my door on two separate trips. I'm happy they care about your mails and are willing to go above and beyond. Thanks to the staff who helped with my case!

Had to replace my mailbox keys which required the locks to be changed ($50). Nothing happened for 2 weeks until I found my key didn't work, but nobody called to tell me to pick up the new keys. Because of their limited hours which require me to take time off work, I wanted to call before walking over but I've been calling continuously for a half hour with no answer. I have mail in my mailbox that I need ASAP so it is incredibly inconvenient to have my mail inaccessible as something time sensitive is currently locked in my mailbox. A warning for when my locks would be changed would have been nice. They also lost 2 packages I had scheduled to be picked up. I filed an insurance claim for 1 which they found in my favor but then managed to somehow lose the check in the mail so I never received any payment.

Great historic building. I'm glad they are still using it as a public building instead of being neglected like the nearby Scientist Church

Beautiful historic building. Great for locals to walk for lunch, near the courts Law library, Spacious, elegant, lots of p.o. boxes, supplies for shipping, nice folks&other services available. Parking not good later in the day. Very close on the corner FM. St. James Park.
