I had my dog with me in the car on Monday and had received a slip to pick up a package that required a signature. On Monday it was 96 degrees. I normally leave him in the car in the shade, but there was no shade so I brought him inside(he is unbelievably well behaved). I didn’t know dogs aren’t allowed. There were 4 people ahead of me, so I was waiting a fair amount of time. My dog is large, so you can’t miss him. Nobody told me to leave. My turn came and I stepped up to the counter and handed her the slip of paper for my package and the she told me that dogs aren’t allowed and that I had to take the dog outside. I said it’s 96 degrees I can’t really leave him in the car. She tells me that I need to make other plans. I found it utterly amazing that I was standing in front of her having this conversation and she was refusing to get my package and have me be on my way. A good customer service response could have been: “Maybe you didn’t know dogs aren’t allowed. I’ll give your package this time because it is 96 degrees outside, but please don’t bring your dog again.” That would have been a proper scolding and I would have left with my package. That’s why people are anti- government jobs: too much job security breeds individuals who don’t feel they need to give good customer service. Oh, and I went the next day by myself and they can’t find my package. They deserve a rating of zero stars.

Have been waiting for over 4 hours now, the services (especially for passports and other related documents) have long lines that move at a slow pace. It's also not guaranteed that you'll be able to get in if you came after 8am.

I went there for passport, the staff were great and helpful, specially Ranji (If I'm spelling her name correctly). She helped me with the application and processed it very quickly.

Went there to apply for a passport. Didn’t have an appointment so waited until a no-show left an opening. The passport hours end at 1 pm and I had been waiting since 10:30am. The nice clerk helped even past the 1pm cutoff. Was ecstatic that she helped both me an another customer well past the stated end time which isn’t the same as the closing time. She assisted me with filling out the application form and processed everything very quickly! Never been to this station before because I live in Saratoga but very happy with the service! Would go to this location again if in the area.

Do you mean literally like from your PO Box? Or from your house? I've seen many reports of mail theft in the area from peoples houses.
At least they answered the phone when you called.
Yes
I agree
Paperwork for what? Many forms are available online and there are forms available at the office but you'll want to make sure you have any required documents (ID, etc) based on what it is that you are trying to accomplish.
When is it open? It’s always closed it seems!
Yes
I'm not to sure but my guess would be for you to come in and talk to a window clerk. I would recommend to just come in
Yeah I would go in and get it corrected. They should be able to help you out
9am but go there earlier because of the long lines
Talk to your Apt. Manager for private mailboxes.

Yes. About 150 for regular and 220 for expedited. About 25 for them to take your picture. Sorry not more exact.
10:00 - 16:00
If you have a door slip follow the instructions on it. Otherwise go to the package pickup counter with your ID.
Need one new picture. Faster to do it by mail.
