I’m almost at my 1 year mark, and I can safely say it’s the healthiest I’ve felt since I left the military over 18 years ago. I’m 40 now and this place has helped me tremendously. Warren signed me up and I see him now and then, he knows everyone by name and the guy is genuine with his encouragement. I’ve been deployed twice and I’ve been in business a while now and this guy is an employee/asset you shouldn’t sleep on. If there is a management roll available or a pay incentive you should look into it as he should be kept on board as long as possible.

Hi Christina - Our Grit and Condition 45 classes use different equipment, including dumbbells and kettlebells. Some of our spin classes incorporate light weight dumbbells to get your upper body working too. Please stop in for a tour and give one of our classes a try!
Hi Susanne - We do not have an indoor pool, but we do have two outdoor pools and an outdoor hot tub! Please stop by to get a full tour of our facility to get more information on everything we have to offer!
