The postal workers at the counter are fantastic. They are friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and have great attitudes, especiall Iy Sandy and Bong. They are overworked as during the busiest shipping time of the year, there are only two people at the counter 9 out of 10 times. I have never seen the supervisor or the manager at the counter to help out, even when the line is out the door. Too bad that the excellent hard working workers are not properly supported by management.

This location has great staff. There is usually a line but they get through it effectively. I like that they kept at least one drive through-drop off box.
