1. Lots of lost mails and Packages due to misdelivery, including checks, drivers license, credit cards, tax docs etc. 2. They did internal investigation and knew what happened, but refused to share. 3. Station Manager (Bertha) keeps denying the misdelivery and asks for proof. 4. Station Manager blamed customers for not reporting the lose of packages on the delivery day. 5. Warned the mailman about misdelivery but it keeps happening. The overall service can't be worse.

their postmen are the worst in world... dont bother to deliver packages, they would simpy leave a slip of misdelivery in mailbox... hieghts of laziness and poorest responsiblity.... worst use of our tax money!!!!!!! the failed delivery attempt message is their habit and they keep doing it all the time...never gave such a poor review to anyone but these people deserves this

Great service. Thank you team.The mail pick up staff was kind enough to hear my concern of non-delivery of a package. Informed the delivery staff about the same. The delivery personnel was great in finding the package and delivered the same. Would definitely highly recommend this location !!

HORRIBLE customer service. The lady at the front desk did not try to help at all. I tried calling the main line and the waiting time was ONE hour. I waited for 2 HOURS, and had no response. I do not know what these representatives are doing. So rude. I wasn't able to get my money back even though it was the postal office person's fault that my package wasn't delivered on time.
