Travel on the Red Line Westbound the direction of North Hollywood, and exit at Universal City/Studio City. There, you will find a free shuttle that will take you right to the front gate of Universal Studios Hollywood. The shuttle runs every 10 to 15 minutes, seven days a week, from 7 a.m. until two hours after park closing
The shuttle picks you up from the bottom of the hill and will drop you off near the entrance

Once you pull up to the Lankershim entrance, you can pay to park and use their tram. If you download their app, you can lookup the times.
The free shuttle picks up and drops off across the street from Universal City/Studio City Station on Lankershim. It goes to CityWalk near the park entrance and you can pick it up there to go back to the Lankershim stop.
If you take the metro Red Line train to universal studios exit at the Universal Studios exit. Take the bridge over to the other side of the street there is a Universal studios tram stop that will take you to the city walk tram stop.
After you cross the bridge in studio city stqtion on red lime, on the right side of the street Shuttle operates in every 15 min directly to universal citywalk and universal studio
