For Citywalk, as far as I know, the Bubba Gump Shrimp Mascot may be available along the way! There may be other extemporaneous appearances throughout the day, tho things are still slowly getting back to normal, post pandemic. Universal Studios Theme Park has many more possibilities, which I’m updating now to include info on meet & greets. Actual celebrity meet and greets, now on hiatus, used to take place by the entrances to Citiwalk and Universal Studios Theme Park, at the Universal Globe.
