Unbelievable! This really makes me sad to say this but customer service is everything! I’ve had a terrible experience at this theater. Our seats were dirty, popcorn was all over our seats and on floor. When I asked one of the ladies that were cleaning the theaters that our seats were dirty, she had an attitude and asked me what are my seats, I told her so she goes in there with a spray bottle and a paper towel in her hand. A couple of minutes later she storms out of theater without saying anything. Normally if you have any customer service skills, you would let the customer know that the theater is ready for us to go in. So We go in, our seats were all wet. Literally she didn’t even wipe the seats off, just sprayed the solution on the seats. I went back to find someone else, and asked if he had a paper towel, that I needed to wipe off our seats. He grabbed a roll of paper towels and said that he would wipe them off, no problem. The young man even commented that she must have been in a hurry because the seats were soaked! Also besides not buying any popcorn because it was old and stale, which I asked for a sample to taste it I asked if we can get fresh popcorn, the lady ignored me, she didn’t even respond. After the pandemic, people don’t know how to work with humans anymore. I feel like when they hire people to work, please include customer service, make sure they have any. Pretty soon jobs will be replaced by robots and vending machines! Then what?! I’m sad that I didn’t think about taking pictures of the seats, so you can see.

Wow. I am insanely jealous of anyone who gets to have this as their home theater. Beautifully appointed and perfect picture and sound makes this the ultimate AMC movie going experience. It really looks quite different inside and the costumes and props scattered throughout help you realize that you are seeing a film in the moviemaking capital of the world. Prices are very high but that is to be expected. They also had a pretty understaffed concession area and the signage inside to find restrooms was severely lacking. Those are nitpicking items however because you are going here to see movies, and the moviegoing experience is perfect.

This AMC at Citywalk has to be up there with the most aesthetically pleasing movie theatres I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and the floor design of separating lounging areas to wait for your movie from bars and concession areas makes it never feel too crowded. The reclining seats are super comfortable and the IMAX here is spectacular as always. Parking at Citywalk is an unavoidable nightmare but what are you gonna do? Just remember to bring your parking receipt and AMC will give you a $5 rebate on the spot.

Very cool theatre, huge layout. The seating was good... who doesn't like reclining chairs. The popcorn was fair, nachos - ok, sodas - perfectly calibrated. The film was very clear, sharp and colors were vibrant.

$6 for standard, $10 for 3D, $12 for IMAX/Dolby Cinema. With a free AMC Stubs membership.
No. Parking is not free at this theater, because it is at the CityWalk. Bring your parking receipt to the movie theater customer service in the lobby and get $10 cash back during the night (general parking is $25), $20 during the day.
Reclining and very comfortable with raised legs raised and very roomy and comfortable
depends the movie. IMAX is more expensive. 3D is same by IMAX and normal movie is cheap. on Tuesday is cheap because if anyone buy the ticket outside you get in $5 any movie
Depends on the movie you want to see ranges from 16dollars to 27 dollars
I would look at you on the web to have the exact price.
Park= 09:00 - 22:00 CityWalk Area= 11:00 - 22:00 That's for today ✌️
Either curious George parking or ET are the best. They do a $25 refund on the $30 parking with proof of admission to AMC... parking ends up being $5
They do not ask for a vacation card and the use of masks is whether people want it or not
You pay the general parking fee of $10. Bring your receipt to the theater and proceed to the ticket counter to get $5 back.
No
Email shows parking $5 barcode below ticket barcode.
The theatre provides a $5 discount on parking.
City walk is free to enter. Only parking will cost money.
It is open and they also offer free parking. Went there like 2 days ago. Hope it helps 😁
Depends on the experience you want? 3d? Imax? Recliner seats? I suggest you go on their website to find out.

It will be open on January 1. Google Universal City Walk hours.
Yes, a busy day for the movies.
If it's a service dog yes.
Call the theatre to find out. I am unfamiliar w these black tix.
You pay regular rate for parking when you enter the parking structure. When you present your parking ticket to the box office you get a refund to the point where parking only costs $5 after you present proof that you bought a movie ticket
Yes there are handicap parking in the structure but you will still have to walk a little ways
It is possible that a movie in Spanish w English subtitles might be shown here, but what is it u mean by "unplanned?"
Sure. You are not held hostage.
Bring cash and be sure to tip the person who parks your car
Yes Oscar there is ample parking with a fee of $25 per car and you will keep the receipt while you pay for the movie ticket they will give you $15 back so you pay only $10 for parking
No it's about 25 dollars for parking but if you tell them you paid for parking they give you a voucher and you end up paying like 5 dollars
Yes indeed, they are very comfortable. The place was renovated over a year ago. Now it's pretty impressive you should check it out. The volume at the movies are so loud, that lately I started to take some ear plugs with me.
For amc universal its seems like matinee times are before 4pm. Prices are $18.25 a ticket for matinee. The day of the week could have an effect on the pricing.
I have paid $15 in the past
If the question is does the air conditioning in the theater works? the answer is definitely yes
It closes when the last patron leaves the theater but the concessions area will close just after midnight for cleaning.
No. You do get a partial rebate on parking if you parked in the Universal garage. Bring your parking receipt to the movie theater customer service and they give you cash back.
Yes, but when you show the ticket clerk at the movies your parking pass along with your movie tickets, they reimburse you about $20. I think general parking is around $25 so you'll only be paying $5 for parking. It's a great deal especially if you plan on having dinner and/or hanging out at City Walk.
It is $ 25 for parking and this entitles you to the entrance which is usually $ 14 to $ 18 and they give you the change back. These prices are for the matinee (before 5pm).
Download and sign up the amc, fandango or atom apps.
You're not allowed to bring in things but they dont go checking your belongings ;-)
No just AMC gift cards
You pay 25 for theater...when you get there they give you 20 back..entrance by the main parking lot...7 dollars if you get valet if you go and eat at the restaurants...entrance by the water fountain
There's quite a few. Go to their website
Regular $18.25 IMAX $ 25.75 Real 3D $ 23.75 Don't forget about validating your parking since you will be paying $25.
Check universal City Walk website for showtimes.
$10, and you get $5 back when you take your receipt to the box office and you purchase your tickets.
There are 2 ways to know, one is by checking on Universal Studios website or call customer services, they normally mention the list of movies that are playing.
How about spanish subtitles? Is that available??
The IMAX theater has reserved seating, the others are first come first served
I would ask AMC because, it is strange to that such a movie will not be.
Same price
It closes at 11 P.M
Take red line metro line and get out Universal City/Studio City.
Look on the web, I do not work in or for AMC.
