The small locker is $12. I know this because we just came back from Raging Waters today and got this same size locker from this same area at the park. I hope this helps you.
I believe 10 for a small locker, 15 for medium (fits 2 bags/backpacks), not sure about large
That area is free you can live your cooler outside and the lockers cost 10 ,15, and 20 but there inside
depends on the size of the locker I believe 10-20 bucks available. and yes you could take food but you can't take it inside you are allowed to go to your car and eat just make sure you get your hand stamp to get back in.

The lockers inside the park only hold small items. Biggest thing that will fit inside is a backpack. There is a picnic area just outside the park where you can eat.
