Yes, you can bring strollers in and I am pretty sure you can take wagons. If you do take a wagon I think you have to take it to the picnic area. I am not too sure about the wagon, but for sure the stroller is okay.

I have seen wagons there but in the party area.
Strollers are ok. I di not think so since I didn't see any wagons while i was there.
