Had a good time. Clean. Not too busy for a Saturday. First time going and kids enjoyed it. You do have to watch them and others kids. Was worried from other reviews but our experience was fine.

The staff here are amazing! They were able to accommodate my large group for Open Jump and were very helpful and patient with all my kiddos. Areas were clean and well supervised. It was a bit hot inside, I know some of that is inevitable with indoor jumping, but some of my kids had to sit out for overheating. I will definitely look into booking a party next time around or look into their fundraising options!

I have taken our college students here (under grad and graduate). They love it! It is a great place to kill an hour and Baskin Robbins is 2 doors down and Red Robbin is across the parking lot.
Yes. There is a good amount of seating there. There are also couches in the front with TV's, one which is a multiview camera system that shows all the jumping areas.
$18 for an hour, 25 for 2 hrs and 30 for all day. Prices are the same for everyone. Besides children 2 and under. Half off for 2 and under

No. You can pay for just who ever is jumping, and parents can hang out at the tables, couches with TVs, or the benches right by the jump spots.
It varies by day and time. You can get a Groupon but pay close attention to the fine print. You can't use them on weekends or evenings.
