I was told that help would arrive in 30 minutes. That got pushed to an hour and then an hour and a half and then 2 hours. At that point I called Sanders Towing to confirm the time of arrival and make sure it wouldn't get pushed out again. I admit that I was upset because I was in limbo and late to work due to all of all the delays. The customer service representative who answered the phone didn't do a thing to express concern or understand where I was coming from. She yelled at me to calm down 😳 and then she hung up on me. Very unprofessional! The guys who arrived were great, once they got here, but Wow!- what an experience. 🤨

I had a flat tire on the freeway and the dispatcher (Amber ) from Sanders contacted me and let me know they were on the way she was great ! When the technician arrived he was the best (Victor) he arrived fast and was very kind and professional he made the stressful situation not so stressful. I’m giving 5 stars because from start to finish it was an awesome job by their team. Thank you again Amber and Victor from Sanders Towing 👌🏻
