No reservations necessary I believe. I would call and ask. But it is just a park other than the disc golf.
It is wise to reserve the pavilions because you could get to the pavilion first and someone who already reserved it could essentially get the rec department to move you
It is possible and best to reserve the pavilions if you want to assure one. If you do not reserve it and someone else does, even if you are there at opening, you can be moved. Call the LA Rec Department to reserve
