Literally the worst customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Ordered a jacket back in February , the 16th to be exact, it’s now APRIL and I have yet to receive my product. they sent me the wrong jacket TWICE. the second time they sent it, it didn’t even come with a return/exchange receipt. The girl I was dealing with, Sonia was super rude and acted bothered by me calling and asking why I haven’t received my jacket after almost 2 months of waiting. It’s now April like I don’t even need a jacket anymore, it’s summer. So do not buy from here unless you want to wait for months to receive your things :) :) :) :) Xoxoxo

Everything is overpriced. The worst part of this store is they treat you as they see you in other words if you are someone famous they will give you the best customer service but if your nobody they will treat you like your money is not worth. Poor customer service.

Please double check receipt before leaving. I was double charged for a $30 dollar cinch t-shirt. Spoke to someone and they were going to zelle me the refund but never received it . I didn’t care about the money but someone would. Not going back .

Let me start by saying this business is a five star(not my first time shopping here). As I entered I was greeted by the friendly staff who offer to help or answer any questions. They had all the brands, styles and sizes I was looking for. Potrerito has become a staple of the San Fernando Valley for traditional/modern western wear. Check them out!
