I dont believe so. They do have several areas with built in grills though. I am there 3 days a week and have never seen anyone grilling ever.
Yes you definitely can. They have some grills there around the park but you are welcome to bring yours as well.
There's grills there. But u have to get there early to get one. I have seen people take small grills though.
