The kfc in tweays valley and hurricane is the worst kfcs i ever ate at they have bad customer service and the food taste like rubber i rather drive to st albans or Charleston kfc all the managers in there looks like crack heads

If the Teays Valley KFC forgets part of you order by accident then all you have to do is call them and they will replaces it I don't understand why you say that they pretty much suck but I've been going to the Teays Valley KFC for many of years and I don't have any problems. they're chicken is good their food is fresh and their people are very nice and kind so get over it dude!!! then just cook at home and quit your bitchin

I'm sorry you have had a bad experience, I can't speak for hurricane, however the teays Valley arc tries to keep the freshest chicken possible as well as attempting to have the best costumer service even when short staffed
