The room quality is not good because you can here water sound coming on and off, people walking and kids running around and kids bounceing balls, above your you, it is 2:40 am and I can't get my sleep. For the amount of money I think it really should be better. Shower curtain smells, pool is not clean, Not to make things any worse I only call front desk once. I don't think they can really do much, besides knocking on doors and tell their guests to keep noise down. 3:17am going to have to stop at some rest area along the way home now. Phone sound quality was bad, but at least it still work. Staffs are friendly. This is like the saying don't judge a iook but it cover. Other Holiday Inn Express that I experienced in the past is not like this.

Awesome experience! Turkey sausage upon request during breakfast hours. Great front desk staff (including Kim). Super clean common areas and room. Special shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in guest rooms' bathrooms. Reasonably priced restaurant super close by. Loved it and highly impressed!

The beds and pillows were COMFY. They have the best blackout curtains and built-in shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. They gave us a list of places we could get delivery from, and had an amazing breakfast. Eggs were hot. Cinnamon rolls looked fresh, and I couldn't leave the OJ dispenser. The front desk woman was friendly and helpful when discussing where I wanted to go, Mothman Museum. Thank you, I had a great time! Honestly, best sleep I had for my trip and great selection breakfast.

Positive: The hot breakfast was tasty. There is no waffle or pancake maker, but it was a pretty good selection. The room itself was fabulous. It was a great layout and plenty of plugs to charge devices. Love the nightlight in the bathroom. Negative: I would have preferred a shower to a tub/shower. The tub & sink both drained very slowly (I was standing in a pool of water by the end of my shower - gross!). The bed was hard - really hard.
