Just a cool place to hang out, fish or go for the occasional jog. I actually run down this pier and hit the steps that are down the way a bit. Not to mention Belmont shore is a stones throw away for good shopping and great eats.

Great place to visit with kids fun and they have food on the pier and an ice cream truck soft serve in the parking lot its cool.

I live behind the parking lot & it’s unbelievable how there’s just constant rap music, graffiti, people doing doughnuts at 1, 2, or 3 AM. Police come, sirens blasting… They really need to meaningfully limit access to this parking lot after 10 PM. No businesses are open- there’s no reason for anyone to be going into the lot.

Fun to go down and see the Kitty Hawk aircraft carrier one last time on her final voyage! Off to Texas to be scrapped! Beautiful pier, easy parking (go to a pay station, use your credit card.) Nice walking and bike paths along the beach. (Also being used by rollerskaters.) Wish there was more info regarding the small Islands off the pier tho'.
