One of the reasons I am with Verizon, is because of their wonderful service. My mother and I have bought several phones from the Teays Valley location, and each and every time they have went out of their way to help. Today was no different. They helped my mom and I get a new phone and understand everything clearly before signing any contract. They also helped hooked up my moms phone to her car, and my phone to my watch.
