Started ordering for pickup because delivery was coming from Doordash sometimes and I never got extras I ordered and paid for. Pizza is always good. The staff in the store are friendly and very apologetic if there are errors. Unfortunately it seems thay are under staffed in this current climate.

Papa Johns is always a treat. Their garlic butter and Peppers top it off. I love the fact that they have Fundraisers every year for Christmas and Thanksgiving .

This location always gets my order wrong; from missing toppings to wrong pizza. I order online, so there's no excuse for not hearing the order correctly. One time they replaced my order and still got it wrong. I stopped having delivery; a 45 min wait turned into 2.5 hours because the driver got lost (directions are on the box), then when he arrived the pizza was wrong. He had delivered my pizza to someone else. He said he would go back and get it if they hadn't already ate it. About 45 mins later, he informed me that a new order would be made. We really like Papa Johns pizza, just not this location. In the last year and a half, we have cut our normal ordering to 1/4 and still received at least 6-7 bad orders. Ridiculous.
