The hotel was clean and modern Staff was very helpful. The stairwells, bathroom, elevator and lobby were very clean. The employees here from the front desk to the people who cleaned the rooms and the breakfast staff all appeared to actually care about the guest having a great experience. Thank you! I like their tea selections which includes several blends. There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast bar including some sort of Asian soup with rice and spices, eggs, breakfast potatoes, fruit, oatmeal etc. Grab and go bags were available and everything was sparkling clean and well stocked.

Staff is very nice. Entire place, including the rooms are clean. So nice that breakfast was included and a decent breakfast bar set up.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel is only 3 years old. Seems to be meticulously cleaned and sanitized often so still appears new. Hot breakfast was actively attended and refilled. Free popcorn and cookies available during the day. Vampires will be happy that the shades are inset into the window sills and there isn't much highway noise. Smart TV so you can watch from your own Netflix account. The swans are plastic and don't deter the live geese much.

If it were possible to give a negative star rating, this place would be getting one. I would say the customer service received from the manager was the worst I've seen ever, but the treatment we received from the front desk employee Tori was even more deplorable. I will refrain from giving details until after the litigation we are pursuing is settled, but suffice it to say I would recommend sleeping under a rock in the Mojave Desert before this place because I believe you would be much less likely to encounter snakes in the former as opposed to the latter. I will add that they openly boast their refusal to allow local guests to stay in their establishment, although I'm unclear as to why the desk person felt compelled to share that information and the extended suites they advertise so heavily are evidently under contract to the Toyota Corporation and available only to their executives from Japan to use when in the USA.
