Ditto. I would check at City Hall. A "small" project will likely fall off the radar but a larger scale project may result in a violation for lack of a permit.
I've filmed there, small scale, you might want to check with the City Council as far as getting vehicles in and out for moving major production equipment. It's a beautiful location!
