The quality of clothing went downhill compared to how it was a few years ago. Yes, H&M has always been oriented towards cheaper clothing and fast fashion, but it's worse in the past years. As for the store and assortment -- I'm seeing less and less smaller sizes, like US 0 or 2, yet there can be a whole rack of sizes 8 through 16. H&M used to be my go-to for affordable clothing in smaller sizes, especially in the US, where a brand's XS is more like a US 4 size. However, smaller sizes are increasingly difficult to find.

Very rude staff. The security guard at the door was also rude and wouldn't explain the protocol. They were letting only 2 people in at a time. I had my two young children with me and they literally still said two only. So what am I supposed to do? Leave my 5 year old outside the store while I shop with my daughter? I hope you lose all your business. You don't deserve mine and I will never be back.

I love this store, I love the clothes and specially the clearance section is the bomb, although you can only find XS sizes in that clearance section, lucky if you find S or M... the staff is alright some days they are super friendly and helpful but some days lord have mercy, don't even ask them questions, they are moody. Nice service at the registers when they're about to take your money... Due to covid, really good cleanliness and there's always someone at the entrance and the exit.
