Great experience, they worked with me well and I have no complaints. Moses was the sales rep I dealt with and he was great start to finish, he answered my questions honestly and I appreciated that. All in all no head ache, they gave me a little less then market value for my trade in but they took good care of me with the price of the new car I was buying. I'd recommend.

I received a recall notice for my Q5, so I needed it to be looked at. Most Audi service departments these days are backed up, making it challenging to make an appointment. Luckily, Audi Van Nuys had a day and a time that worked with my schedule. I made it over the phone with a nice lady and even received a text message reminder. When I arrived, I pulled in and checked in with Jordan. I was told it would be about a 2-hour wait. That didn’t bother me because I didn’t need to be anywhere, and I had work to do. They have tables and chairs where people can wait. So I just got cozy and got my laptop out, and started getting work done. They offer complimentary coffee, tea, and water. The bathrooms were clean! It looked like they even had a kids' playroom. While I was waiting, I have to say; I was very impressed with the advisor Vince (I hope that was his name, he worked on 04/07/22 at 10:45a). He was hustling! He was on his feet the entire time I was there, he was helping customers and making calls. Compared to Jordan… who sat most of the time, chatting with people, eating his lunch just out in the open (gross) and so unprofessional. I wish Vince was my advisor! He is such a hard worker, and he was good with his customers! I was so impressed! He deserves a raise or a bonus or something! We need more hard workers like him! My car was done within the 2 hours range, and all is well. I will definitely come back but will request Vince if I can.

Marina was a fantastic sales rep. The manager and finance team was absolutely awesome. Worked hard to get me the best options for me. While still accommodating me being satisfied with the product. I had a wonderful experience here. Great dealership

Looks like I’m not alone in having an awful experience. On top of that they took out my car seats and now I can’t access the buckle to put the car seat back in to pick up my kids from school. I was told I’ll get a call back and I’m still waiting. They explained they’re shorted staffed and I get that, you can still treat people with empathy and grace while being short staffed. In all my years with Audi I’ve never experienced this. I didn’t expect to be treated like an inconvenience. The long list of my in store experience is not worth the space here. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else.

That's exactly why I went to Keyes. Their warranty extension is a third party company. It costs 3x as much and covers 1/3 the miles as warranties you can buy online. But those online warranties get terrible reviews and BBB ratings. I decided to roll the dice and go warranty-less.
