We have a Veteran Service Rep st VANC. You need to call for an appointment. Interfaith has someone who sees people as walk-ins, I think they see folks on the 1st and third Tuesday of the month now. If you call 760-722-1277 they can give you the Interfaith number. The VSO from Rancho Del Oro clinic has moved to the HGS building on Mission Ave. It's right across the street from VANC. 1701 Mission Ave. Is the address for the VA on Mission.
The have some there as well who can help with claims. I believe the organization they share a building with (Interfaith) has someone who can help as well.
The VSO at the VA clinic in Oceanside can complete and submit the entire package for you
