For smaller motor parts, prices are Ridiculous they're charging like if new. Just buy it from Amazon or store. That way u don't also have to waist time taken it off yourself and hopping it works. Now for body parts prices are OK.

Hi All, Came to this LKQ location this morning. These are the concerns I have. 1) Not enough wheelbarrows to carry heavier parts around. I asked one of the yard workers, he didn't know what a wheelbarrow was (in English). 2) Some rows of vehicles are labeled correctly, some aren't. Some random vehicles are scattered about, also not labeled correctly. Very confusing. Myself along with all the other paying customers are charged an Environmental Fee. IMO, we as a whole are not getting our monies worth. 3) Waiting time at the cashier was absolutely ridiculous. Only 1 person working with 7/8 people in line. 4) I have been to over 30 LKQ locations. I am retired military, 24 years. First time today I WAS NOT given a military discount. EVERY other location has and was glad to do it. Acting manager told me I can't buy parts for other people and get them at a discounted price. How do they know which parts are which. That absolutely makes no sense. Unacceptable! 5) Young male Cashier there is not consistent. Asks some people for stock numbers, some no. Made the gentleman behind me walk back into the yard to get a stock number for a part. Yet did not ask me for one. Also cashier wasn't wearing a company shirt. Not representing LKQ very well. IMO was rude as well. Doesn't know how to respect his elders. 6) The pushing of the warranty is not acceptable. They should ask each customer if they want it. Not try to pull one over on customers.Very shady. Maybe an engine or transmission, but HUBCAPS???Unacceptable! 7) Not giving me a discount today was embarrassing. I commented to a few customers behind me as well. I spend a large amount of money with LKQ, I deserve better, just as the rest of the customers do. I will be calling the LKQ Corporate Office on Monday, thanks for listening. DG

They are alright my boyfriend lost his wallet and nobody called us it didn't seem like they cared when I told the guy at the counter where u pay . I told him he worked hard for that money he laughed said everybody dies . That's not true at all .The 2 gentlemen in the front where u pay to go they were cool the one seemed really sincere genuine concern . And empathetic . But there was only one place he could've lost it. Under a van he was working on. It was all the way in the back. I just didn't like the general . Oh well attitude like well you know he's screwed basically . They could have helped more I think . Well I know . he had just cashed 2 paychecks. Kinda jacked . Wish there was more honest people around

Pretty good visit this time. LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since they've gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight) and increased their prices across the board at all locations.🤬 Lines aren't long here, but if you see something you want here don't wait too long if it is s higher end or rare vehicle. Don't forget to get the stock number or they won't let you check out now. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific location's site.

He does not speak is spanol.
Do you have AC compressor Toyota Yaris 2012 hatchback?
I will . Thank you !
You are asking another customer. Have you checked the website or app? Both have a link to vehicle inventory. Both will only show vehicles that they have. If you are in a certain location look at inventory for the location that is closest to you.
It's three dollars to find out...bring tools if you want to be able to reattach it to your car using standard fasteners.
Just go onto their site, type in the make and model and it'll let u know what's in their yard!
Yes
Better get a set new at Walmart
Check the web site
You should be able to do a search on their site for whether or not they have a car similar to yours. If they do, you would have to remove the part yourself from the car they have.
Lol. Complaining about the junkyard employees. Lol. Go cry to your mom.
Was there the other day and I didn't see no smart cars but I'm sure you can find the tire size you are looking for there.
Look it up on the LKQ PICK A PART WEBSITE? They Do Not Answer your questions from Google.
No but go on lkg.web site
I was just there yesterday they had a couple of Lincoln SUVs sitting out there and have quite a few newer Ford expeditions sitting there so not sure what crossover pump you get but I would imagine they have what you need
What are you looking for
I wouldnt have any idea if they do? Google LKQ Pick Your Part Oceanside and search inventory. You are asking Google? Look for the Vehicle Inventory link and search for your vehicle. If you call or go to the yard they will tell you if they have your vehicle. Hope this helps?
My husband said yes they do. He works there
My husband said all they have is a Saturn view and a SL1 no sky
My husband works there he said no they don't have one
Yes I liked two
You can go onto the website and enter your cars info and find out if they even have one there. They only inventory entire cars, not parts. It's up to you to look and remove what you need. They will help where they can. I needed to get into a locked trunk and they used a forklift to force it open. Other than that, bring your tools and a friend to help if you do find the parts.
I looked at two or three Silverado but I don't know what year they are
You are asking a customer not an employee. Look at the WEB page or download the app.
Go to junk yard here in oside I am 99% sure u will find one
You have to call them. If I were you, I would buy it new. The radiator that sits for a long time, is gummed up and clogged. Once you install it, your car may over heat then you will have to replace an engine.
yes but you have to remove the parts yourself. and bring your own tools
Go on-line and enter your cars info and find out if they even have one. If they do, it's up to you to bring the right tools to remove it if you find the piece still there. They will not go look and see. Look on-line, the pics should help.
You need to search the website or call.
Just as stinky as he gas!
Yes cash and credit. Depending on what you are looking for, check the prices at local parts stores and online before you go. Few times LKQ charged me more than what a new part cost.
Go to the LKQ website then create a login so you can search to see if they have that vehicle on hand
Go online, enter your car details and check it out. You'll see pics if they have it and whether you want to try looking or not. They won't look and they won't call back. Entry fee is non refundable. Good luck 👍
I'll give you a buck
Nope. I just asked them about that last weekend. They don't do that anymore, girl was kind of rude about it. sucks to deal with the mud and water....and there's no discount for that. 👎👎
Check on their website. Even if they have, it doesn't mean they have the parts you wanted. Somebody might have taken them before you. Some parts are cheaper on Amazon or O'Reilly. The junk yard is not what it used to be. Now most of their parts are as pricey as local stores or not much of a difference. I bought a clock spring for the Prius for $40 at the junk yard, only to find it for $8 brand new at eBay. Lkq was charging me $60 for the front struts assembly while the same part and a good brand on Amazon for $57. Shop before you waste your time.
It is a salvage yard. You got to get there when the car comes in. And go see.
The max you might get is $300. If you have a spot where to store, you better off parting out and selling it on eBay, offer up or Craigslist.
Even if they have the car in stock what you are looking for may have been taken already. Check they have the car then go there and see if they have what you want. For what you are looking for, you would rather buy it new .
Christy, it's best to go to the LKQ website and create a login. This will allow you to 1) browse their parts inventory and 2) get email alerts on the parts you are looking for. Thanks.............goober
You should go online and check if they have that car or call them. They don't answer here.
Yes check the website if they have the car but it won't mention if they have the part.
There they have a 2004 but if you look for the focus just, who knows if this position but there it says that they have a 2004 that comes out the same
Forget this pivk aparts thry hsve a dhirt inventory snd they handle the oarts eith iut car best place is lkq pickaparts in chulla vista
As Robert Bandrup replied, the LKQ website would be your best toool to find the part and price of the part that you are interested in. Thanks.
You have to check with them your self they have cars in and out all the time
Last week
They only have 2007 and older cars.
Aven. You will have to go there yourself and look. It's a pick your own part facility. No tedious inventory on such a small item. Good luck.
Jenny please go to LKQ's website and once there, create an account and then create an alert of the year, make and model car for the part you are looking for so that you can get an email alert notifying you when that car arrives on their lot. Then just go to the nearest LKQ location and pull your part.
Actually, just go to LKQ's website then select your nearest location and create an account. After which, you can create an alert for the make and model of car you need a part from. This will send to your email address a alert whenever the LKQ nearest you has that year, make and model car come into that LKQ location.....Simple as that.
Please check the website type in Honda and it will come up every kind of Honda they have in the Oceanside yard
You need to check their website and see when the car was posted to go to the yard
You need to check their website for location and availability of your vehicle
Shari, you have to go to the website and look up that vehicle. If not that one in Oceanside there are a few other LKQ pick your parts all over So.Cal.
I think they post their inventory online, prepeeled of course. Home depot is your surest solution. Finding one on the yard that isn't occupied by someone is exceedingly rare.
No
I Just have Shopped There Good Selection Resonable Price $3.Dollar entry fee (worth it) Please call them and Ask 411 on your cell phone I Don't Have the #
Best bet is to spend the $3 and go check it out yourself. I have checked their website for cars and gotten there only to find out they don't have the car I am looking for.
You need to check on their web site it will show what is in the lot
Yes, green.
