If you're going to spend this type of money you might as well get what you're paying for. Leasing office say utilities included in the showing and but when you sign the lease you are responsible for all utilities which they sub-meter bill. Dog feces everywhere. Parking is very difficult since every unit seems to have 2+ cars. Insulation is very poor from the windows and doors that air is constantly coming in. Don't want to say it but they ghetto rig when they fix issues, they do maintenance but aren't good at it. Renter's insurance required.

They broke our contract when it came to our move in date. Called on Friday to tell us our apartment wasn’t ready for a Monday move in. Then made it seem like they did us a favor for loving us into another unit There are junkies that hang around the parking lots and break into vehicles here almost nightly. They say there is a “courtesy patrol” but in the two years I’ve lived here I’ve never seen anything. The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and does a great job. Overall the only pro to this place is its proximity to the back gate of Pendleton.

I really like it here! The management team is awesome, super helpful with a move from overseas during covid. They communicate really well and schedule food truck visits and little things for the community (as much as they can with covid). The maintenance team works really hard to maintain the grounds and the units, I always see people picking up trash, gardening, etc. The apartments are nice and updated, pet friendly, high ceilings, washer/dryer, nice patio. The grounds are really nicely landscaped, its like a little oasis. Little dog park which is great, and people are always walking their dogs on the little loop around the apartment complex, so I've actually met a few neighbors.I've had a couple things fixed in the apartment and the maintenance team worked quickly. Downsides- not a huge fan of the mandatory Valet Trash since I only use it once every few weeks, but they always pick it up, and the Parcel Pending has some issues too. Others are mostly things that aren't the apartment's fault-a decent amount of young renters who don't throw away their trash properly, pick up after their dogs, keep the music down in their cars/apartments, etc. A few homeless people around-again, not the apartment's issue. The area is pretty safe outside a couple porch swipes and car break ins. I've lived in 9 apartments since 2012-a great maintenance and management team makes such a difference. Highly recommended!

I just moved here last week with my husband and do not regret a second of it. Lena and Ashley will take care of you as if you are apart of their family. I really appreciate how attentive the staff are and their passion for what they do. I can tell they aren’t being “fake” and they really do care about your needs. I would recommend this apartment complex because it is clean, the staff is amazing, and the welcome home feeling as you enter the complex. I can honestly say my apartment is not an apartment, it is my home. Thank you Capella at Rancho Del Oro Luxury Apartments for what you do for us. We are happy to be here!
