Our mother had a prepaid plan to make things simple. That was not our experience. It took 9 days before we could get an appointment to makes arrangements after our mother died. During the meeting they tried to sell a prepaid plan. Then it took 14 days after the meeting before she could be buried. There was a total lack of communication, integrity, and professionalism. To top it off, the flowers that had been paid for were not at the service. They FORGOT Please save yourself the heartache and do not use Eternal Hills

I went to Eternal Hills to get questions I had regarding embalming. I met with David. He was very knowledgeable and treated me with utmost respect and patience. He spent as much time with me as I wanted. From the interaction we had I believe I could trust him. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

All the staff members at Eternal Hills are very nice, the people who came to pick up our loved one were very respectful and handled her with care. We picked Eternal Hills because of the onsite cremation, we did not know that our loved one was not at Eternal Hills until the day she was cremated. There is no doubt Eternal Hills is a little more expensive but at least your loved one isn't shipped all over California. The only thing that could be better is they could take all the information the day of or within a day or so of passing for the death certificate, having to wait for an appointment to start the process is difficult. Our loved one didnt get cremated for almost a month and its very difficult to know they are in limbo waiting for paperwork to get completed.

Here's the thing, We have Already lost someone Very Important to us and then we have to make decisions that are also hard. Thank Goodness for Eternal Hills Employees (Debra Allen, Gabe, Angel and Gloriaβ™‘) They spent So Much time helping us through this Very difficult time for Our Family...Not only were they above and beyond Wonderful, They each added their own Real Heart felt touches. Especially The Manager Debra Allen. She made Everything Beautiful🌹 ~A Sincere Thank you!! Robin Daltorio

My husband is a veteran and will be cremated and buried in the National Cemetary at Mira Mar. Can we have the services at your mortuary and then have the body/ashes sent to Mira Mar?

Yes, however, right now with COVID and current restrictions the service would be a gravesite at Mira Mar. When COVID is over and we can go back to gatherings inside we will be able to have services in our Chapel.

How much are plots, these days, compared to the 50,s 60,s. And next if you already purchased a plot, and your burial plans changed, will you folks buy it back, or is it better to sell privately
