Friends does accept owner surrenders. Please call 909 931-4185 option 4 and ask for Reyna. Owner surrender fee is $50 if your dog is spay/neutered and up to date on vaccinations and $150 if not. Your dog must also pass a temperament test to assess adoptabilitly.
